Karla Majewski, Wildlife Instructor
Karla Majewski, wildlife instructor, is series host. She is described by the reviewer in School Library Journal as "enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and at ease with both children and animals." The animals she introduces in the programs are inhabitants of her private zoo and have come to her because they were neglected or abused or could not survive in the wild. Through Karla they have happily become "creature teachers" in her wildlife programs. The review in Booklist praises Karla as a host who "easily answers questions and asks for feedback from her young audience."
