Coyote Creek Productions will always replace any factory defective DVD/VHS free of charge within 30 days of purchase. We will also replace any damaged product (caused by shipping) free of charge when you notify us upon receipt of your order at email@example.com, or by telephone at (760) 645-3748 or (800) 492-4041. We are not responsible for replacing any DVD/VHS damaged due to misuse.
Refunds for unopened items returned to us within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type, less $3.00 credit and restock fee. The original shipping and handling charges are only refundable if the video is damaged or defective. In this unfortunate event, please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to Coyote Creek Productions, PO Box 339, Fallbrook, CA 92088-0339, or phone the Coyote Creek office at (760) 645-3748 or (800) 492-4041, or fax the office at (760) 645-3749 for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
We do not sell used videos. All DVD and VHS titles sold by Coyote Creek Productions are new and unused.
