"Greeting Cards"

Using collage art techniques, Donna creates four types of cards.

In lesson one, to create "Father's Day and Mother's Day Cards," she uses various materials, such as playing cards and decorative elements that would be appropriate to honor such an occasion. The "Celebration Card" she creates in lesson two, using newspaper and glitter glue, could be used for various occasions, such as New Year's Day, Independence Day, or Congratulations. In lesson three, the "Thank You Card" she creates with materials such as torn paper, buttons, and ribbons could also be used to convey "Get Well Soon" or "Missing You." In lesson four, "Holiday Card," Donna creates a paper poinsettia to which she adds mustard seeds and glitter glue for texture and a festive look.
